School Bus Monitor


– Must pass background checks – CT DCF, National Sex Offender, criminal and previous employers.
– Must pass periodic drug testing – pre-employment, random and other DOT required tests.
– Experience working with children preferred, but not necessary.
– Must have your own transportation to and from work.
– Must meet physical requirements of the job.
– Must complete pre-service training.
– Must attend monthly and other required safety meetings.
